Services and Prices

1. General Provisions
1.1. Services provided by ILEX LLC may include, inter alia:
 online legal consultations,
 in-office legal consultations,
 drafting or analysis of contracts, applications, complaints, statements of claim, inquiries, and
other documents,
 legal support,
 other legal services based on separate instructions or agreements.
2. Pricing Principles

2.1. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the Company’s service prices are not fixed.
2.2. The price of a service is determined taking into account, inter alia:
 the specifics of the matter,
 the scope of work,
 the number and qualifications of specialists involved,
 deadlines,
 urgency,
 the time required for the provision of the service.
2.3. If a fixed price has been agreed in advance for a specific service, that price shall apply.
2.4. If the service price has not been agreed in advance, it shall be communicated to the client
before payment or at the time of payment through an offer, message, invoice, tax invoice, order
confirmation, or description displayed on the website payment page.
3. Pricing Formats
3.1. The following pricing approaches may apply to specific services:
 fixed price for a specific service,
 hourly fee based on the actual work performed,
 individual price based on the nature and scope of the instruction.
3.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance, the hourly fee for carrying out instructions
may range from AMD 40,000 to AMD 150,000 per hour worked.
3.3. The final value of a service may be calculated based on the number of staff involved, their
qualifications, the complexity of the work performed, the hours and days spent, and other
material circumstances related to the execution of the instruction.
Online legal consultation
Price: subject to prior confirmation, AMD 20,000–50,000 for up to one hour
In-office legal consultation
Price: subject to prior confirmation, AMD 20,000–100,000 for up to one hour
Drafting and analysis of documents
Price: depending on the scope and complexity of the work, from AMD 50,000 to AMD
3,000,000
Legal support
Price: based on a separate instruction or agreement, from AMD 50,000 to AMD 3,000,000
Other legal services
Price: based on an individual offer
