Վճարման և վերադարձի պայմաններ

1. General Provisions
1.1. Payment for services on the website is made on a non-cash basis by bank card or any other
permitted payment method.
1.2. At the time of payment, the client is provided with the name of the service or a sufficiently
identifying description thereof, as well as the final amount payable.
2. Procedure for Ordering Consultation Services
2.1. If a client registers for a consultation through the website, such registration shall be
considered a preliminary request.
2.2. After receiving the request, the client may be sent a confirmation specifying, inter alia:
 the format of the consultation,
 the date and time,
 the price,
 the payment procedure,
 other material terms.
2.3. After the client accepts the terms, payment is made and the service is deemed ordered.
3. Procedure for Ordering Other Services
3.1. Other legal services may be ordered by means of:
 a bilateral agreement,
 an electronic or other written instruction,
 the client’s agreement to order the service and pay the proposed price,
 an invoice, tax invoice, or other payment document issued by the Company.
4. Cancellation Terms

4.1. The client may refuse the service before its actual commencement by notifying the
Company through any available means of communication.
4.2. The order shall be deemed cancelled if the client duly notifies the Company before the
commencement of the service.
5. Refund Terms
5.1. If the client refuses a consultation service before its actual commencement, the paid amount
shall be refunded after deduction of the actual bank charges related to the receipt and refund of
funds, if applicable.
5.2. If the provision of the service has not started and the client has paid the full agreed price, the
paid amount shall be refunded in full after deduction of applicable actual bank charges, if any.
5.3. If the service has been fully provided, the paid amount is non-refundable.
5.4. If the service has been partially provided, the value of the actually provided service shall be
deducted from the paid amount, and the difference shall be refunded after deduction of
applicable actual bank charges related to the refund, if any.
5.5. The refund shall be made to the same card, the same account, or by another lawful method,
subject to applicable banking rules and technical feasibility.
5.6. The final refund timing may depend on the procedures of the acquiring bank and the card-
issuing bank.
6. Payment Security
6.1. Online payments may be made through Inecobank vPOS or another relevant payment
platform.
6.2. Card payments are processed in a secure environment, and the Company only receives
limited information necessary to identify the transaction.
