To register a trademark, the following is required:

a) an application for trademark registration, which specifies the applicant and their place of business or residence.

b) an image of the trademark being applied for and its description, including color and color combination.

c) a list of goods grouped according to the international classification of goods and services for which the registration of the trademark is requested.

 

Attached to the application are:

a) a receipt for the payment of the state fee established for submitting the application and conducting the examination.
b) a document confirming the authority of the patent attorney or representative (power of attorney), if the application is submitted through them.
